Submission Grappling (Ages 13+)
In this class, you will learn the finer points of effective takedowns and takedown defense. You will also learn how to hold a position of dominance on the ground to immobilize an aggressor. If need be, you will have the tools to submit or break the aggressor If subduing is not ideal or necessary. This class is ideal for people who may have an aversion to striking someone, or work in an industry where control is necessary (LEO, Medical, Mental Health, or Youth).

Edged Weapon Defense (Ages 13+)
In this class, you will learn how to deploy an edged weapon efficiently and effectively. You will also learn how to isolate an aggressor’s edged weapon, as well as how to disarm a committed attacker. This class covers long blades (machetes) as well as daily carry options (small fixed blades & folders). Much of the edged weapon is taught through rattan (bamboo) sticks or training blades. These are available on hand to use or purchase.

Vicious Street Defense (Ages 13+)
In this class, you will learn fast-paced, empty-hand street defense. Developed by Fred Mastro, MDS is a comprehensive defense system that offers various vicious solutions against a striker, clinch fighter, or grappler. Focusing on kinetic movement and body mechanics, this system takes the size out of the fight. You will learn how to effectively use aggression coupled with proven psychology to render your attacker helpless.

Youth Self Defense (Ages 8-12)
Patrick Odle is a dedicated teacher and student of defense. His lineage and training is extensive, his commitment unmatched, and his teaching skills exceptional. He has been training children for almost 20 years and was a nationally-ranked wrestler in freestyle and a state-level competitor in folk wrestling. In this class, your children will learn the basics of self-defense, how to elevate awareness, the keys to avoiding conflict, and proper communication.
