Date Night Defense is a 2-hour workshop covering essential skills that are critical to couples who want to enhance their safety when out in public. With a focus on core skills of awareness, avoidance, and communication, you will learn as a couple how to detect and avoid a potentially dangerous person or environment.

In this one-and-a-half-hour workshop, we will cover how to safely get your weapon out, how to maintain control of your weapon, self-defense tools, the importance of personal space management, and how to create personal space so you can defend yourself.

Many people are under the misconception that they have to be assaulted to have a right to defend themselves. In this one-and-a-half hour workshop, you’ll learn how to defend yourself when a threat is imminent and how to take control when placed in a bad situation.

This one-hour workshop is designed as an introductory class to help youth attending schools and other social and public events learn basic concepts of awareness protection and self-defense. This starts with situational awareness and preventing confrontation long before it starts. The minimum age to attend is 8 years old
